You can't subscribe in the sense you wish to but click on the orange blurb in the FF url bar and add it to your rss feeds.
The Hosting company is working on email notification of posts. It has been one area that has been problematic (I have been pushing them to have this for some time). You will find in your Profile area (edit profile in black bar at top of forum) a tab for Manage notifications. Hopefully the Notifications will be addressed since they (Lefora) have said it is on their priority to do so. As for now the rss feed is the closest work around. Or you can just stop by and read the Recent post (see more link in Sidebar) for a quick view of whats new. This can also be accessed by the view all new post link at the bottom of the Forum
